Ringwood Eisteddfod President, Bernie Capicchiano, has announced an exciting Ringwood Eisteddfod program for 2022.
Celebrating its 68th year, the Ringwood Eisteddfod is an event for which Ringwood, and the Maroondah community, is very proud. It has fostered many significant performers of today and given them the platform to be recognised.
The Ringwood Eisteddfod is not just an event for the young aspiring musician – but offers awards which are open to scholars of any age, as well as the wonderfully encouraging and inclusive opportunity to compete in “skill level”.
The Ringwood Eisteddfod was recognised for its rare and epic effort in 2021; providing the opportunity for over 700 community members to participate. The Eisteddfod was firstly awarded the Maroondah City Council’s “Resilience Award” 2021, then secondly on Australia Day was presented with the Maroondah City Council’s prestigious “Community Event of the Year” award.
President, Bernie, welcomes new sponsors to support this program.
